Tomahawk

Tomahawk is a city in Lincoln County, Wisconsin, United States. While Tomahawk never wanders very far from its heritage of the timber industry, it’s clear the city is a growing community with that hometown feeling. A favorite of summer visitors for its fishing and boating opportunities, there are numerous things to see and do all year round. There are historic sites honoring Tomahawk’s lumber legacy, get an ice cream cone at a popular ice cream shop and then sit along the Wisconsin River and watch a ski show performed by the renowned Kwahamot Ski Team. Or in the fall, rev up your Harley or just come to watch as thousands of Harley enthusiasts join the annual Fall Ride for charity. You can tour the local Harley Davidson plant then or just about any time of year. And if you’re in the area the day before hunting season opens,  stop downtown for the annual Venison Feed for some free food or to catch up with friends.

Tomahawk offers natural beauty, friendly people and a place to get away from it all. That’s why they say life in Tomahawk is the “way it’s meant to be.”
