PHASE 2

Phase 2 involves the process of finding a job and it begins when all documents are submitted, verified and approved by the sponsoring agency AAG.

  1. Based on all the candidate’s references, the sponsoring agency AAG sends the candidate’s CV document to the potential employer for review;
  2. The employer confirms the interest in the candidate;
  3. A Skype interview is organized between the candidate and the employer;
  4. If the employer agrees to hire the candidate, the business offer is sent to the candidate for inspection;
  5. Checking the skills that will be implied for the implementation of the Training program;
  6. The training plan has been finalized;
  7. The training plan is signed by the employer and the candidate;
  8. Training Contract signed by AAG sponsor, employer and candidate;
  9. The candidate applies for health insurance.

IN THIS PHASE OF THE PROGRAM, THE CANDIDATE PAYS THE THIRD AND LAST INSTALLMENT NO LATER THAN 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER SIGNING THE WORK OFFER. THE AMOUNT OF THE LAST INSTALLMENT IS $ 3780.
