Australija je samo jedna od zemalja koja pruža brojne mogućnosti za zaposlenje. Biro za zapošljavanje u Australiji svake godine navodi liste zanimanja koja su deficitarna i mogu se nadomestiti radnom snagom iz inostranstva. Mi želimo to da iskoristimo za Vas. RADNA VIZA (podklasa 457)
Privremena radna viza u Australiji (podklasa 457) omogućava kvalifikovanim radnicima da borave u Australiji i rade određene poslove i do četiri godine. Za dobijanje radne vize morate biti sponzorisani od strane ovlašćenog poslodavca. Ukoliko je Vaše zanimanje na birou za zapošljavanje u Australiji deficitarno, poslodavci Vam obezbeđuju sponzorstvo uz pomoć kojeg ste napravili prvi korak ka dobijanju radne vize i Vašem zapošljavanju. 457 viza je trenutno najčešća viza za zapošljavanje inostranih radnika.
457 viza može da se izda najviše na četiri godine i radno iskustvo stečeno u Australiji na ovoj vizi može Vas dovesti do trajnog boravka kroz sponzorstva od strane poslodavca ili preko programa migracije za kvalifikovane radnike.
U 2012. godini u Australiji je bilo preko 90,000 radnika koji su radili na 457 vizi za preko 20,000 različitih poslodavaca. Pored toga ima preko 70,000 članova porodice koji žive i rade u Australiji kao dodatni članovi porodice nosilaca ove vize.
Ovih 20,000 poslodavaca nisu samo velike kompanije, već ovaj program koriste i univerziteti, državne institucije i mala preduzeća.

Bitne informacije vezane za 457 vizu:
457 viza je najpopularnija radna viza preko koje poslodavci iz Australije sponzorišu i dovode kvalifikovane radnike iz inostranstva. Kod ove vize je potrebno da i poslodavac/sponzor i kandidat/radnik ispunjavanju određene uslove. Često se dešava da poslodavci a i oni koji su zainteresovani i planiraju da apliciraju za ovu vizu, nisu dovoljno upućeni u celu proceduru, uslove kao i prava koja se dobijaju ovom vizom. U ovom tekstu predstavićemo najbitnije informacije vezane za 457 vizu.
457 viza omogućava nosiocu ove vize da radi isključivo na nominovanoj poziciji za poslodavca koji ga je sponzorisao. Ukoliko nosilac vize odluči da promeni poslodavca i kompaniju koja ga je sponzorisala, biće potrebno da aplicira za novu vizu, a novi poslodavac moraće takođe da ima već odobreno sponzorstvo ili da aplicira za sponzorstvo da bi zapošljavao radnike iz inostranstva.
Poslodavac iz Australije ne može da Vam ponudi bilo koju poziciju i posao u Australiji. Nominovana pozicija kod 457 vize mora da se nalazi na konsolidovanoj listi deficitarnih zanimanja u Australiji (CSOl lista).
Jedan od uslova kandidata 457 vize je da dokaže da je kvalifikovan za ponuđenu poziciju, i potrebno je da ima neophodno obrazovanje i/ili radno iskustvo za ponuđenu poziciju. Takođe za neka zanimanja na konsolidovanoj listi biće potrebno da uradite i nostrifikaciju veština (skill assessment), registraciju ili licenciranje.
457 je privremena viza sa kojom se ne dobija permanent resident status u Australiji, pa prema tome pri apliciranju za ovu vizu biće potrebno da organizujete i kupite odgovarajuće zdravstveno osiguranje za Vas i Vaše dodatne članove porodice na Vašoj aplikaciji za vizu. Pristup Medicare-u imaju samo državljani Australije i oni koji imaju stalni boravak u Australiji. Ovde su izuzetak kandidati koji imaju pasoš nekih od zemalja sa kojima Australija ima potpisano recipročan sporazum o zdravstvu.

457 viza je privremena viza koja može da bude izdata na maksimalno 4 godine. Sa ovom vizom se ne dobija stalni boravak u Australiji. Iako je ova viza privremena, nakon dve godine ćete moći da aplicirate za stalni boravak ukoliko poslodavac želi da Vas zaposli na neodređeno vreme. Postoje i drugi načini da dobijete stalni boravak u Australiji pre ovog perioda preko ENS-a (Employer Nomination Scheme – Direct Stream), RSMS-a (Regional Skilled Migration Scheme) ili preko migracije na osnovu kvalifikacija.
Kompanija iz Australije ne mora da čeka da nađe odgovarajućeg kandidata da bi aplicirala za sponzorstvo koje je neophodno za zapošljavanje internacionalnih radnika. Kompanija može da dobije sponzorstvo dve godine unapred. U suštini ovo može da smanji proces čekanja kasnije kada kompanija pronađe odgovarajućeg radnika i kandidata za otvorenu poziciju u svojoj firmi.
Poslodavac treba da ispunjava niz uslova za dobijanje sponzorstva od strane imigracione službe Australije. Neki od ostalih uslova koje poslodavac treba da ispuni je da vodi svoj biznis legalno u Australiji, da nudi obuke ostalim Australijskim radnicima, a za neke pozicije biće potrebno i da dokaže da je oglašavao otvorenu poziciju i da nije mogao da pronađe odgovarajućeg radnika iz Australije. Kao stručnjaci u oblasti programa kulturne razmene i rada u ugostiteljstvu u Australiji, naša partnerska agencija je fokusirana na dva zanimanja u okviru ovog programa i vize:

Uslovi za prijavu na program:
Obrazovanje: Kandidati moraju imati kulinarsku ili ugostiteljsku diplomu neke od odobrenih institucija. (Fakultet, viša škola)
Iskustvo: Minimum 3 godine relevantnog radnog iskustva u struci sa punim radnim vremenom.
Jezik: Kandidati moraju imati zavidan nivo znanja engleskog jezika i treba da prilože odgovarajući sertifikat engleskog jezika.
Zdravlje: Kandidati moraju da prođu rendgenski pregled grudi kao i da zadovoljavaju opšte zdravstvene standarde.
Viza: Kandidati moraju imati pravo na privremenu radnu vizu i ispunjavati uslove australijske radne vize.
Pasoš: Potrebno je da kandidat poseduje važeći pasoš.

PHASE 1

Phase 1 includes application and verification of candidates by the program coordinator at the American Adventure Agency. Later, the candidate is also checked by the sponsoring agency AAG, which makes the final decision on whether the candidate is suitable for the further course of the program or not.

The required documentation for PHASE 1 is:

  • AAG CV form completed and updated by the candidate in English;
  • 2 letters of recommendation on the memorandum of the company;
  • Proof of work experience of 12 months in a maximum of the last two years from the moment of application or proof of study or completed studies in the required field;
  • Certificate of completed studies if the student still does not have the original diploma (original certificate + translation into English) or diploma (original + translation into English);
  • Passport – scanned first page of passport with picture;
  • Copy of birth certificate + translation into English;
  • Certificate from the Ministry of the Interior that the candidate has not been prosecuted (original + English translation).

NOTE: The certificate from the Ministry of the Interior must be obtained for each location where the participant stayed for a year or longer (including the country of birth). Those who have worked in the U.S. for a year or more will have to provide FBI confirmation that the candidate has not been prosecuted.

IN THIS PHASE, THE CANDIDATE PAYS THE FIRST AND SECOND INSTALLMENT OF THE PROGRAM.

THE FIRST INSTALLMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 100 is paid upon signing the CONTRACT and joining the program.

SECOND INSTALLMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 210 is paid when the candidate brings all the necessary documentation to start the program.

PHASE 2

Phase 2 involves the process of finding a job and it begins when all documents are submitted, verified and approved by the sponsoring agency AAG.

  1. Based on all the candidate’s references, the sponsoring agency AAG sends the candidate’s CV document to the potential employer for review;
  2. The employer confirms the interest in the candidate;
  3. A Skype interview is organized between the candidate and the employer;
  4. If the employer agrees to hire the candidate, the business offer is sent to the candidate for inspection;
  5. Checking the skills that will be implied for the implementation of the Training program;
  6. The training plan has been finalized;
  7. The training plan is signed by the employer and the candidate;
  8. Training Contract signed by AAG sponsor, employer and candidate;
  9. The candidate applies for health insurance.

IN THIS PHASE OF THE PROGRAM, THE CANDIDATE PAYS THE THIRD AND LAST INSTALLMENT NO LATER THAN 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER SIGNING THE WORK OFFER. THE AMOUNT OF THE LAST INSTALLMENT IS $ 3780.

PHASE 3

Ova faza podrazumeva prijavu celokupne aplikacije vladi Australije.

  1. Sponzorska agencija AAG podnosi dokumente kod agenata za migraciju;
  2. Agent za migraciju pregleda dokumentaciju i šalje je Ministarstvu unutrašnjih poslova Australije na proveru;
  3. Ukoliko se od kandidata zahteva da dostavi dodatnu dokumentaciju, dužan je da istu dostavi u najkraćem mogućem roku;
  4. Kandidat je odobren za dobijanje Training vize (prosek trajanja provere od strane MUP-a Australije je 3-4 meseca).

PHASE 4

Phase 4 involves performing the required procedure before going to the program. The sponsoring agency must go through certain items with the candidate before he or she leaves for Australia. This procedure is usually performed 2-3 weeks before the departure of the candidate.

Pre-trip program items:

  1. Airline ticket – after obtaining a visa, the candidate buys a ticket through the American Adventure Agency and the agency timely submits the candidate’s flight data to the sponsoring agency;
  2. Tax file number and bank account – Applying for a tax number is required. The candidate will complete a TFN document and the TaxBack partner will apply on behalf of the candidate when he arrives in Australia. The candidate will apply electronically to open an account at ANZ Bank of Australia and go to their branch in Australia to pick up their debit card;
  3. IMAN form of health insurance – IMAN form is required. The candidate will complete this form after settling a bank account in Australia. Payment of health insurance begins two weeks after the candidate arrives for work;
  4. Orientation – To make sure that the candidate is ready for the successful implementation of the program, the AAG sponsoring agency will organize the orientation via Skype account with the candidate before his departure to Australia. Orientation topics include the following:
  • Sighting information
  • Culture shock
  • Laws in Australia
  • How to have the most successful job placement
  • Accommodation: The candidate is obliged to provide accommodation as soon as he finds out where his job offer will be located. The sponsoring agency assists in securing the first three nights at the nearest hotel as soon as the candidate arrives (at the expense of the sponsoring agency). The candidate is in charge of the rest of the stay. Only in exceptional circumstances does the employer provide accommodation to the candidate within the job offer (if the job is quite far from public transport or a larger city and if it is very demanding to get from accommodation to the job).
  • Sponsor agency support and procedures while participants are on the program
  • Checklist before departure
  • Orientation allows the candidate to meet other candidates who will also go to the program
  • All candidates must have completed an orientation before going to Australia.

PHASE 5

The next phase involves support from American Adventure and the AAG sponsorship agency for the duration of the program. The AAG sponsorship agency will be available to the candidate for assistance in case of any need or emergency.

The candidate will, of course, be able to contact their parent agency American Adventure at any time by email or phone. In this case, the candidate must be aware of the time difference and must be ready to receive an answer from the agency, perhaps even after a few hours. The sponsorship agency will contact the candidate when he arrives in Australia to make sure the candidate has arrived and settled safely and to get from the candidate his phone number in Australia and the address where he will stay during the program. The sponsoring agency is in contact with the candidate even in extraordinary circumstances if the candidate experiences the following:

  • Accommodation difficulties;
  • Problems with the employer;
  • Workplace problems;
  • Culture shock.

Login:

  • The candidate must contact their sponsoring agency as soon as they arrive in Australia and settle;
  • The candidate will receive an email from the sponsor each month to post information about their progress in the job and the course of the program in general;
  • The candidate must complete his / her monthly application;
  • The AAG sponsorship agency will check the candidate’s progress with the employer on a quarterly basis;
  • The candidate will be invited to any local meeting or social event organized by the AAG sponsoring agency.

PHASE 6

Upon completion of the program, the following will occur:

  • The candidate will complete a survey related to the program;
  • The final Training Plan is signed by the candidate and the employer and submitted to the sponsoring agency AAG;
  • The sponsoring agency AAG notifies the Australian Ministry of the Interior of the conclusion of the program.
