The 30-year permit assigns a portion of the bundle of rights associated with land ownership to the permit holder. All lifts, ski trails, and facilities must be approved by the Forest Service in advance prior to construction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The village itself offers up plenty of off-mountain activity with a great collection of shops, restaurants and spas, and at the center of it all, an outdoor ice rink. Take in a show at the beautiful\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vilarpac.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vilar Performing Arts Center<\/a>, which features a wide variety of performance acts throughout the year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The activity doesn\u2019t stop when the snow melts.
