It is bounded by\u00a0Coeur d\u2019Alene\u00a0to the east, the state of\u00a0Washington\u00a0to the west, the\u00a0Spokane River\u00a0to the south and the\u00a0Rathdrum\u00a0prairie to the north. Post Falls is 20 miles (32\u00a0km) east of\u00a0Spokane\u00a0and approximately 100 miles (160\u00a0km) south of the\u00a0Canada\u2013United States border. The\u00a0elevation\u00a0of the city is 2,182 feet (665\u00a0m)\u00a0above sea level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">With its natural beauty and rich history, Post Falls is a must-see stop on the highway to adventure in North Idaho. It\u2019s located just off I-90, between Spokane and Coeur d\u2019Alene, and \u201cIdaho\u2019s River City\u201d is simply brimming with outdoor recreational fun!
