Predstavnici sponzorskih agencija će Vam zakazati Skype interjvu i proveriti znanje Engleskog jezika. Na osnovu ovog intervjua ,sponzorska agencija će stvoriti sliku o Vama i formirati plan Vašeg predstavljanja potencijalnim poslodavcima. Isto tako, u slučaju bilo kakvih nedoumica, agent sponzorske agencije će Vam biti na raspolaganju. Nakon ovoga uslediće razgovori sa poslodavcima i proces pronalaženja zaposlenja.
STEP 3 – Screening and job interview
Representatives of sponsoring agencies will schedule a Skype interview and test your knowledge of English. Based on this interview, the sponsoring agency will create an image of you and form a plan for your presentation to potential employers. Also, in case of any doubts, the agent of the sponsoring agency will be at your disposal. This will be followed by interviews with employers and the process of finding employment.
