W4 obrazac

Obrazac W4 - Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate - je dokument koji dobivate od svog poslodavca i trebate ga ispuniti prije početka zaposlenja. Ako mijenjate poslodavca ili imate dodatni posao, ispunjavate i W4 obrazac. Povezan je s postupkom povrata poreza u smislu da će se adresa navedena na obrascu W4 koristiti za kasniju isporuku obrasca W2 - potrebnog za povrat poreza. Na obrascu W4 navedena je stalna adresa prebivališta u Srbiji.

Pomoć pri ispunjavanju obrasca W4:

  • Većina vas je samac, morate ispuniti treći red "single" jer je obračun poreza različit za oženjene i neoženjene osobe, tj. singl,
  • U redu 6 potrebno je ispuniti "Non Resident Alien" jer na taj način dobivate povrat poreza.

W4 form

The W4 form – Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate – is a document that you receive from your employer and you need to fill out before you start working. If you change employers or have an additional job, you also fill out the W4 form. It correlates with the tax refund process in that the address listed in the W4 form will be used to provide you with the W2 form later – necessary for a tax refund. The W4 form states the permanent address of residence in Serbia.

Help with filling out the W4 form:

Most of you are unmarried, it is obligatory to fill in the third line „single“ because the calculation of taxes is different for married people and unmarried.

On line 6, you need to fill in the „Non Resident Alien“ because that way you get a tax refund.
