W4 form

The W4 form - Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate - is a document that you receive from your employer and should be filled out before starting employment. If you change employers or have an additional job, you also fill out a W4 form. It is correlated with the tax refund process in that the address provided on the W4 form will be used to later deliver the W2 form to you - necessary for the tax refund. The permanent address of residence in Serbia is stated on the W4 form.

Most of you are single, you must fill in the third line "single" because the tax calculation is different for married and unmarried people, ie. single,
On line 6, you need to fill in "Non Resident Alien" because that way you get a tax refund.
