CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION TO THE PROGRAM

Who is eligible to join the program?

• Every high school student younger than 20 years old has the right to participate in the program. The program lasts from 1 to 4 years, depending on the pace at which the candidate chooses to attend classes and take subjects. The candidate should graduate before the age of 20, i.e. at a similar time to the time when he/she finishes high school in his/her home country. A student needs 6 credits or subjects in order to obtain the conditions to obtain a USA and it is up to the student to plan whether to pass those 6 subjects in 1, 2, 3 or 4 years. In this planning, as well as in the selection of subjects, he will definitely have the support of the school counselor.
• Students must also have minimum "C" average (good) in his home school in Serbia.
• Knowledge of the English language - B1 / B2 level is recommended but not essential. Certainly, before admission to the program, the agency will test the candidate, and the program also includes the service English prep camp where candidates are prepared by English language teachers.

STEPS IN THE PROGRAM

Step 1: Choose your program!
Choose a program, choose a school, that will help you achieve your academic goals and enroll in the college of your choice. We are at your disposal to organize consultations for additional support and advice.
Before choosing a school, you will see a list of courses with a brief description that can be attended at each school individually.

Step 2: Send testimonials and required documentation!
Send us the completed application form (you get this form at the agency) as well as the list of exams for all years of education at your school in Serbia, take the English language test (you get this test at the agency) and expect a reply from Educatius Academy.
In some cases, there is a possibility to ask for a student card where the candidate's date of birth can be seen.
The goal of a dual degree is that the subjects you will study at the school in your home country and the school in the USA do not match.
The goal is to make these subjects different so that the student gains as much knowledge as possible!
Before being admitted to the program, students will have the opportunity to consult with school counselors regarding the subjects they will choose as well as the optimal length of schooling, which subjects should be taken first and which later, which are more difficult and which are easier to pass.... and all in order to make it easier to choose and define the duration of education (1 to 4 years)

Step 3: Enjoy your studies!
Once you have been accepted into the program and upon payment of the fees and part of the program fee, you will be given access to your student portal and the school's learning platform. You need to pass 6 subjects in order to get a high school diploma in the USA, namely:
• 2 Required subjects: English 3 and 4 and US history
• 4 Elective courses.
There is a very diverse list of subjects that you can choose from, but Educatius Academy certainly provides help and support in this process as well.

Start learning when you want!
The great thing about online learning is that you can start studying at any time of the year. It is certainly recommended, but not mandatory, to start studying when live classes start at the selected school in the USA.

Learn at your own pace!
Another advantage of this program is that it allows the candidate to combine online learning with school responsibilities in their home country and to complete online learning after returning from school. Likewise, when joining the program, the candidate is offered the choice to define the number of years, from 1 to 4 years, in which he will be able to pass all 6 subjects. Of course, the usual time to take the exam is 2-3 years, and the candidate must also complete both the school in the USA and the school in Serbia at the same time, before 20 years of age.

Program length
The program can be completed in 1-4 years. Advisors are available to assist students in planning program lengths and courses. Students must confirm their expected length of study before enrolling in the program and before invoicing, because the method of paying for the program will be adjusted to the number of years indicated by the student (If the candidate indicated that he will attend the school for 3 years, he will pay the program costs in 3 installments ).

How do students learn online?
All candidates will be granted access to the online interactive platform. Classes will be delivered in the form of videos, audio lessons and text. The platform is rich in written assignments, quizzes and exams. The learning platform is also equipped with digital learning tools. Of course, there is also the support of Educatius Academy teachers, tutors and counselors on the program, as well as many additional services that this program offers.

Each of the participants of the program will have their own personal study plan and will be able to turn to the school teachers for any problem related to the material.

It is planned to be held twice a month LIVE classes with teachers and classmates (at most schools in certain subjects)

24h support from TutorMe (academic tutoring service) - is included in the price of the program.

Educatius Academy advisors will monitor the flow of learning, performance and class attendance and advise program participants if certain corrections are needed in order to successfully complete the program.

Step 4. Congratulations!
You passed all 6 subjects and graduated from high school in the USA. The school will send you a diploma and a transcript of the courses taken.
The transcript can be sent directly to you or to the colleges or universities you are applying to.

Step 5: Postgraduate
After you complete your program, start planning the next step in your academic career. Our college admissions counseling program (CAP), which is included in the program, is available for additional support.

• After the camp, the students will be tested and after successfully passing the test, they will receive a certificate.

Payment dynamics
Before enrolling in the program, students will define the planned duration of their education, and with that in mind, the program will be paid in installments. (example: If the candidate stated that he will attend the school for 3 years, he will pay for the program in 3 installments). The annual payment is made in full for that year at the very beginning, i.e. before the student can access the learning platform.

Enrollment fee - Enrollment fee/ Re-enrollment fee
A one-time enrollment fee is paid upon first enrollment ($300.00), and if the candidate chooses to study for several years, he will pay before each year re-enrollment fee: $200.00 plus the installment amount, which will depend on the years of study.

School fees
• 1-year program: If the program is to be completed in one year, the full tuition fee is paid before the start of the program.
• Two-year program: If the program is to be completed in two years, the 50% is paid annually.
• 3-year program If the program is to be completed in three years, 33% is paid each year.
• 4-year program: If the program is to be completed in four years: 25% each year.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation before the start of the course = 100% refund excluding registration fee
2. Cancellation within 5 working days of receiving online course access = 90% refund
3. Cancellation on or after the 6th day of gaining access to the online course = 0% refund of all fees.
4. If the student cancels at any time during the first year, the installments for the second, third and fourth years will not be due.
5. Access start date will be emailed to the student prior to the start of the program.
