WORKING CONDITIONS

• Planned monthly earnings: $4000,00 +
• Minimum guaranteed earnings: $2000,00
• Expected departure - start: 1 April 2022 year
• Expected duration of the program: do 8 meseci
• Smeštaj – Smeštaj će biti obezbeđen posredstvom naše agencije. Accommodation is paid from the earned income.
• Nutrition – Nije organizovana
• Equipment / All necessary equipment for work will be provided by the company. Equipment is FREE!
• Open positions: auxiliary workers and drivers.

The expected number of working hours is 40+ on a weekly basis. Overtime is also possible if the job requires it.

A Job Fair will be held for all participants accepted by the agency to the program, attended by company representatives from the USA who will interview the participants. The place and time of the Job Fair will be announced later, and there is a possibility of holding an ONLINE Job Fair.

WHO IS THE EMPLOYER LOOKING FOR?

Primary and basic for participating in the program is the candidate's ability to be granted an H-2B visa (see section: USLOVI ZA UČESTVOVANJE NA H-2B PROGRAMU)

1. Since the job is physically very demanding, we are looking for candidates who are in good physical condition, capable of carrying loads of up to 50 kg;
2. Preference is given to candidates who have a driver's license issued in the USA. This group also includes candidates who have a US driver's license but it has expired. License renewal takes 7-10 days;
3. Recommended age of the candidate: from 20-45 years, but not binding;
4. We give preference to candidates who have previous work experience in the field of moving, but it is not crucial;
5. Preference is given to applicants who have previously participated in the H-2B program

The employer will share in the costs of its H-2B participants. Svim učesnicima programa biće refundirani troškovi za avionsku kartu i viza intervjua u ambasadi SAD.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support workers: Pakovanje / umotavanje kućnog / kancelarijskog nameštaja, utovar, prevoz i isporuka (istovar i odlaganje) ovih predmeta. Posao uključuje podizanje, pomeranje i postavljanje teških predmeta ručno ili uz pomoć ručne opreme (ručni kamion ili kolica). Radnici moraju biti u stanju da podignu / nose i do 50kg  po potrebi. Isporuka predmeta pomoću stepeništa / liftova. Raspored rada je 4-10 sati, uključujući različite dane, subota i nedelja mogu biti radni. Radniku će se obezbediti obuka na radnom mestu kao i pre samog odlaska u SAD.

Drivers: Vožnja manjeg kamiona ili kombija, dostava ili odnošenje robe, paketa. Utovar i istovar robe, kućnog ili kancelarisjkog nameštaja, u vozilo i iz vozila. Izveštavanje o svim kašnjenjima, odlaganjima, udesima ili bilo kojim drugim mogućim problemima u saobraćaju na utvrđenoj ruti od skladišta do destinacije selidbe. Praćenje bezbednosnih instrukcija tokom rukovanja vozilom. Potvrđivanje sadržaja robe sa radnicima u skladištu pre odlaska na rutu. Komukacija sa klijentima i obezbeđivanje sigurnosti za robu.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE H-2B PROGRAM

Pravo učešća na H-2B programu imaju sve osobe, bez obzira na godine ili na nivo stručne spreme. Dobro poznavanje i korišćenje engleskim jezikom nije uslov za učestvovanje na programu osim ukoliko poslodavac iz USA ne zahteva suprotno.

Svaki H-2B kandidat svojim trenutnim statusom mora da dokaže da neće prekršiti pravila vize koja mu je data  kao i da ubedi konzula u ambasadi USA da će se nakon završetka H-2B programa vratiti u zemlju gde ima stalno boravište tj da ovu vizu neće iskoristiti zarad stalne imigracije u USA. (Immigration and Naturalization Act (INA) Section 214b )

Applicants are required to demonstrate strong ties to the country of their registered permanent residence.

Strong ties can be proven based on:

• social,
• economic
• family ties with the permanent place of residence as well as on the basis
• neat travel history from the USA
• applying for any type of USA visa
• By following the rules of previous visas in the USA
• Having knowledge of the English language to the extent necessary for understanding and basic communication;
• Kandidati trebaju da prihvate obavezu da se vrate u svoju zemlju po završetku programa;
• Candidates should not have been criminally prosecuted and convicted;
• Kandidati bi trebali da budu tolerantni, fleksibilni, prilagodljivi, savesni, vredni, dobrog opšteg zdravlja.

O H2B VIZI

According to the US Immigration Law, there are several categories of visas intended for people who want to work temporarily in the US. The H-2B visa refers to the temporary or seasonal work of a person.

Requests for temporary workers are granted to companies that cannot fill their positions with local workers. This visa requires the approval of the US Department of Labor and is allowed to issue a total of 66,000 H-2B visas annually.

There is a possibility of expanding this number, depending on the lack of labor in the American market, which has been the case in the last few years. 

Zahtev za izdavanje H-2B vize osobe/imigracioni advokati mogu podneti najviše 90 dana pre početka radnog angažmana, ali smeju da uđu u SAD tek 10 dana pre nego što im odobreni radni odnos počinje (imigracioni službenik može uskratiti ulazak u SAD, ukoliko se viza želi iskoristiti pre pomenutih 10 dana).

Program participants apply for an H-2B visa to the US Consulate in their country of citizenship or residence. The request is submitted through our agency. Participants in the H-2B program go to the US Consulate for an interview in person.

Kandidatima, koji su u poslednjih 48 meseci (4 godine) bili nosioci H-2B vize,  se pruža mogućnost da svoja dokumenta pošalju u ambasadu, putem DHL kurisrske službe, a da pri tom ne odu lično u ambasadu na intervju. (visa appointment waivers) Ambasada, svakako, zadržava pravo da bilo koga od ovih kandidata pozove na intervju lično.
