Daily duties: The Park Services Attendant position is ideal for someone who can complete job responsibilities with minimum supervision and take initiative to greet guests throughout the park and assist them by providing information about the park, attractions, and special events. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness throughout assigned areas, disposing of trash, maintaining clean and stocked restrooms. Desirable traits include attention to detail, enthusiasm, and initiative. Must be able to walk extensively, stand, lift, and bend throughout shift. The Cook position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, work well in teams, and can multi-task. Cooks are responsible for maintaining sanitation and health standards while preparing and cooking food to order, as well as operating large-volume cooking equipment. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to stand throughout shift. The Slide Top Attendant is responsible for explaining to guests how to ride the attractions and when they are allowed to go. It is important that there is good communication skills available as well as excellent guest relation skills. Must be able to follow directions, comply with all procedures. Must have a flexible schedule and availability. Desirable traits include attention to detail, enthusiasm, and initiative.
Accommodation: Rooms are located across the street at Super 8 Motel. There would be 4 people to a room with 4 bunk beds. Females and Males are not allowed to stay in the same rooms. Each person would pay $300.00 per pay period (2 weeks), so $600 per month. A deposit of $300.00 per person is required upon arrival, before checking in. There is no refrigerator and or stove in the rooms. They are not allowed to cook in the rooms. There would be inspections from The Beach Waterpark staff every week, to make sure that the rooms are being kept to the Super 8 standards and rules. A 4-week advanced notice of wishing to stay at Super 8 Motel is required.
